Administrator Temporary Role Logistics Industry Central London
Your new company This logistics organisation in Central London is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is an ongoing temporary role and is available for candidates who can start immediately. The role is full-time Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with 2 days/week working from home.
Your new role Reporting to the Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative, processing and document management services to the team. The duties for this role will include:

- Assisting with the day-to-day tasks across the team
- Quality control all documentation, managing and filing appropriately.
- Assist with setting up new customers and completing required documentation.
- Provide and manage ad-hoc reports.
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner and communicate the necessary details to relevant departments or personnel.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
- Proven experience in an Administration role with the ability to adapt to new roles.
- Technical proficiency in multiple software programs, including the MS Suite.
- Highly organised individual with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Can-do, flexible attitude coupled with a high work ethic and ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
