Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to perform face-to-face consultations for an established client, based throughout Norfolk and Waveney.

Location: 9 locations based in and around Norfolk and Waveney

Hours: Flexible Shifts, including evenings, overnights and weekends

Contract: Locum minimum 12hrs per week

Pay:

£45 LTD p/h Days
£50 LTD p/h Nights
£50 LTD p/h Weekends

Essential:

• Accredited ACP with MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
• Non-Medical Prescriber (V300)
• Physical Assessment Course Level 7 & Minor Illnesses Qualification

Duties:

• Responsible for assessing, diagnosing and treating patients of all ages with minor illnesses
• Safely prescribing medication to complement treatment plans for a range of medical conditions
• Ability to work autonomously, with a proven track record of delivering high quality care within Primary Care Settings
