Advanced Clinical Practitioner (MSc) Doncaster Opportunity for an ACP to join our ever-expanding team of Clinicians!

• Contract - Permanent
• Salary - £27.49 to £30.63 an hour To show our appreciation of your commitment to us, on appointment this role will attract a Golden hello which is a payment of £2500 dependant on contracted hours . This is paid in instalments; the first half is paid after the first 3 months of employment and the second half is paid after 6 months of employment.

Main Duties of the Role

The post holder will be expected to work across all areas including but not limited to the Urgent Treatment Centre, The Same Day Health Centre, the ECP home visiting service, and the OOH triage services.

In addition, the role involves diagnosing, planning, and implementing programmes of evidence-based care for the client group, undertaking re-evaluation and implementation of treatment plans as appropriate. You will ensure interventions are undertaken in line with best practice guidance and use advanced skills appropriate to the role, ensuring clinical competencies are maintained in accordance with the framework for advanced clinical practice.
