Advanced Practitioner

Our Client, Liverpool Council, is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Permanence Team.

The candidate will be experienced in Children in Care and Children Looked After. Excellent engagement and direct working skills with children and young people are essential, as well as care and placement planning and minimising risk with a methodical, organised approach, ensuring long-term improved outcomes and stable placements appropriate for individual needs.
