Job Description
Aftersales Demand Generation Manager - Fixed Term Contract

One Aftersales are recruiting for an Aftersales Demand Generation Manager on a full-time Fixed Term Contract basis until April 2026.

Reporting into the Aftersales Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of service and parts marketing and programmes to increase aftersales retention and maximise profitability through the Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, CUPRA and ŠKODA workshops. You will work on programmes to maintain existing customers, marketing to regain lost customers including maximising margin and volume contribution for both.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • Experience of product management and campaign development
  • Agency management, including CRM, media and PPC
  • Analytical skills and ability using data to identify opportunities for growth and margin
  • Excellent project management skills to successfully deliver strategies and campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional influencing skills across a wide audience including senior management
  • Ability to prioritise workload and balance short-term actions with strategic projects
  • A high degree of commercial awareness
