Job Description

About the Role:

OMD's Decisions Science team plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients realise the full potential of their marketing, their brand, and their audiences.

This role will suit a candidate who is passionate about data and analytics, focused on digging into questions about brands, people, and where the two interact and directly supporting clients in making decisions based on your work.

The successful candidate would have a proven record of combining a creative approach to analytical problem-solving with delivering client-friendly solutions, in an articulate and insightful style.

They will have experience leading projects and client relationships and be confident in handling senior stakeholders from within their own organisations and those outside of it. They will also be used to managing more junior team members both pastorally and across projects.

Our Consultants distil clients' business, marketing and communications questions into project form and create recommendations that improve our client's business.
