Air Conditioning Engineer - Hammersmith

Location: Hammersmith
Salary: £44,000 Plus Overtime
Hours: Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to be looking after a Contract located in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying between £40,000 - £44,000.

Duties:

• Maintaining, repairing, and servicing a large variety of AC and refrigeration systems
• Lead a team of Engineers
• Plant Splits, VRV's, VRF's, chillers, downflow units, and Heat Pumps
• Some minor general maintenance
• HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
• AHU Plant and associated Equipment
• Split System Maintenance
• VRV Servicing
• Chiller Servicing
• AHU Servicing

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) in Air-conditioning and refrigeration
• Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
• Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, and Air handling units
• F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
• Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
• Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
