Job Title: Turnaround Coordinator
Contract Type: Part Time
Hours: 24-30 hours per week, between Monday - Sunday (shift work)
Salary: £18.11 per hour

The airport is a fast-paced and safety focused team environment.

1. Prepare paperwork for crew including flight plans, weather reports, passenger lists and documentation.
2. Understand and deal with aircraft weight and balance calculations as required.
3. Communicate aircraft fuel and load data between flight crew and load control departments.
4. Liaise with colleagues to ensure the aircraft is loaded as intended.
5. Prioritise tasks and manage the turnaround of an aircraft from arrival to departure.
6. Operate air bridges and stand guidance systems.
7. Develop an open feedback culture by managing the performance of employees and ensure workplace standards.
