Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide a front line administrative support for a wide range of tasks relating to the delivery of an excellent student experience.
  • Assist in managing the process of contract transfers, reapplication and room moves throughout the year.
  • Manage enquiries/bookings made by telephone, email, post and in person, and ensure they are answered quickly and professionally.
  • Providing reception cover as required.

Person specification:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
