Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide a front line administrative support for a wide range of tasks relating to the delivery of an excellent student experience.
- Assist in managing the process of contract transfers, reapplication and room moves throughout the year.
- Manage enquiries/bookings made by telephone, email, post and in person, and ensure they are answered quickly and professionally.
- Providing reception cover as required.

Person specification:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work well in a team environment.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
