Do you possess a deep fascination with technology, a keen understanding of Amazon's workings, and proficiency in B2B channel marketing?

Here at Jabra, a part of the GN group, we're looking for a highly skilled marketing professional with experience with Amazon to join our Enterprise Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning & executing sales-focused marketing programs & campaigns, specific to Amazon across the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.

As a member of the Global Enterprise Marketing Team in EMEA, you will collaborate with a diverse and international group in a 'hybrid working' setting focused on Jabra. You will work closely with EMEA Amazon account management to bolster traffic, glance views & conversion of the complete Jabra portfolio audio and video products within Amazon EMEA-specific sites. Making you a key part of the Enterprise Marketing Team and the Amazon Global Account Team. Your reporting line will be to the Director of Enterprise Marketing (Northern Europe & CESA).

How you'll contribute to the team:

As the Regional Marketing Lead for Amazon in EMEA, you will take responsibility for the strategic and tactical execution of Jabra's B2B marketing initiatives across Amazon's EU9 markets and beyond. In close collaboration with the Global VP, Enterprise Marketing, and cross-functional teams, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and optimization for Amazon's B2B channel.

More specifically, the role requires the following:

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead and subject matter expert for Amazon B2B marketing in EMEA.
  • Own and execute regional marketing plans and budgets, including planning, activation, and performance tracking across Amazon's EU9 and expanding markets.
  • Coordinate closely with the Jabra Digital Team to optimize AMS and DSP investments across EMEA.
  • Responsible for the strategy and implementation of content for product pages, A+ content, and brand stores to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure ongoing optimization of product listings using tools like Salsify, including search-optimized content, enhanced visuals, categorization, and review programs.
  • Project manage and lead new product launches in partnership with Brand and Product teams.
  • Collaborate with PR and enterprise marketing counterparts to ensure consistent messaging and maximize Amazon-specific initiatives (e.g., Prime, Back to Business).
  • Manage Amazon programs and partnerships, including affiliate and co-op initiatives.
  • Represent Jabra in Amazon planning meetings, QBRs, and internal strategic workshops.
  • Management of 2025 Terms & Budget (Opex/Incremental/Affiliates/Co-Op).

To thrive in the role, we think you'll come with the following:

  • Experience working in digital marketing & in-depth understanding of Amazon.
  • Knowledge of the B2B/Prosumer industry segments in Europe/EMEA.
  • Solid experience of working in a regional or global-account marketing organisation.
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques.
  • Experience working with key Amazon systems such as Vendor Central & Vine.
  • Experience managing MDF or similar marketing funding programs.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-centric with comprehensive knowledge of the sales process and understanding of current trends in the marketplace (specifically e-commerce).
  • Effective marketing abilities leading to clear and tangible results.
