Job Description

We are looking for an Analyst or Associate to join the Capital Advisory team, within the Capital Markets division. Reporting to the Head of Department and Director of the Capital Advisory team, the role carries with it significant responsibility and opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage a busy workload, be comfortable providing strategic advice to clients, competently manage workstreams with minimal supervision and demonstrate previous experience of working on investment transactions.

  1. Assisting Directors in investment and advisory work and reporting.
  2. Managing workstreams and hitting deadlines.
  3. Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Preparation of financial models and analysis to assist investment underwriting and analysis.
  5. Preparation of investment sales collateral including brochures and teasers.
  6. Preparation of reports and advice to clients.
  7. Integrate with peer group in the investment agency market and at target clients.
  8. Proactive self-starter with an analytical mindset.
Qualifications
  1. Prior experience working in a similar role/level for a Real Estate or Advisory firm.
  2. Excellent communications skills, both verbally and in writing.
  3. Proficiency in preparation of pitches, presentations and reports to senior level clients.
  4. Advanced Excel skills alongside an analytical mindset.
  5. Degree in accounting, economics, finance or real estate.
  6. Fluent in English.
