We are currently seeking a French-speaking Analyst for our EMEA Hotels and Hospitality Capital Markets business line. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Warwick Street, London with EMEA travel as required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Participating in all parts of transaction processes.
2. Developing financial models that can evaluate the effects of different strategic alternatives under varying capital structure scenarios.
3. Preparation of high-quality presentation materials for client pitches, investor information memoranda, and other transaction-related marketing documents.
4. Taking an active role in the team's Client Relationship Management activities.
5. Working seamlessly with the wider EMEA team to deliver pan-EMEA portfolio transactions alongside UK transactions.

Requirements:

1. Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and research skills.
2. Meticulous attention to detail.
3. Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills facilitating key client and stakeholder management.
4. Collegial and team-oriented.
5. Calm and focused under pressure and tight timelines.
6. Thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
7. Understanding of real estate fundamentals and pricing is not required but a strong interest in these areas is preferred.
8. Hotels and leisure sector experience is not required but a strong interest in these areas is preferred.
9. Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook required.
10. Desirable: Fluent in French, experience in Salesforce, Argus Developer, data analytics, and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
