We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for a leading insurance company in Brussels.

Data Analyst - Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximize the use of external data in business processes.
• Leverage Machine Learning and Generative AI capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Design, propose, and evaluate data-driven solutions through pilots and proof of concepts.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure the industrialization of data solutions, including testing and follow-ups.
• Communicate project updates, achievements, and risks to stakeholders at various levels.

Profile:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or project management.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar tools is an asset.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus.

Skills:

• Independent, organized, and proactive mindset.
• Strong team player with a solution-driven approach.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is an advantage.

Working Environment:

• Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
• Located in Brussels.
