Your Role as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Elaboration: Translating functional requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Project Coordination: Following up on development and testing to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Agile Execution: Collaborating in Agile sprints for continuous improvement and delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Profile

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Languages:

• English: Fluent (mandatory).
• Dutch/French: Knowledge is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in business or functional analysis.
• Practical experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Strong expertise in banking domains and analysis methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Rigorous and methodical approach.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.
• Collaborative mindset, driven by team success.
