We are looking for the next possible date for our Continuous Improvement department a Application Manager Production Information Technology (m/f/d) Your tasks: Carrying out checks including any corrections to the booking data of production orders for reporting/month-end closing for all materials to be processed at Amcor (in coordination with Controlling) Monitoring / correction of production warehouses (in coordination with Production) Analysis and correction of error folders in SAP Contact person (m/f/d) for IT/production/supply chain/controlling for all booking topics Processing SAP tickets according to SOX guidelines and within the framework of conflict lists Key users for the Hydra software as well as creating persons and assigning authorizations Supporting and training employees (m/f/d) with the annual inventory Prepare and conduct training for employees (m/f/d) with the aim of guaranteeing data quality Collaboration in projects with a focus on improving internal workflows / processes Interface to central IT and production (analyzing and resolving user problems as well as system and program errors, e.g. by advising users via telephone hotline, initiating software adjustments, involving internal/external IT functions in the event of problems that cannot be resolved by the user) Special tasks / projects What you bring to the table: Completed commercial or technical training (preferably in IT) or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in the field of data management in production Experience in the use of Microsoft Forms, Power APP and Power BI is an advantage Confident handling of standard PC software and SAP experience is a prerequisite (experience with Hydra/MI software is also welcome) Affinity for data analysis and preparation Use & knowledge of AI applications is an advantage Fluent in written and spoken German and English You are a team player, resilient and solution-oriented You are able to act with foresight as well as react flexibly to short-term requirements Initiative is just as important as working independently and assertiveness Your personality is characterized by above-average commitment and strong communication skills What we bring to the table: Then we should get to know each other Please send your complete application documents (cover letter, CV, work and training certificates) with your earliest possible starting date and salary expectations to Ms.
