Job Description

Job Title: Apprentice Lettings Consultant

Location: Nottingham

Brand: Leaders

Salary: up to £24,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of an Apprentice Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally

Skills required:

  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
  • A full UK driving license.
