Job Description

A company in the metallurgical sector, specializing in the manufacturing of professional kitchen equipment, is looking to hire an Area Manager to manage and develop commercial operations in the United Kingdom.

The main objective of the position is to lead commercial strategies in the region, build strong relationships with distributors and clients, and ensure the achievement of sales and market growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive management of the assigned region (United Kingdom), including market analysis and defining commercial strategies.
  2. Identifying new business opportunities in the UK market by analyzing trends, segments, and customer needs.
  3. Building strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Negotiating commercial agreements and contracts with distributors and key accounts.
  5. Participating in trade shows, events, and business meetings to promote the company's products and strengthen its market positioning.
  6. Monitoring sales performance and designing actions to meet established objectives.
  7. Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, profitability, and market share.
  8. Preparing periodic reports on market trends, distributor performance, and competitor activities.

Required Profile:

  1. Professional training in cooking or sales.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in professional kitchens and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
  3. Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2). Additional languages will be a plus.
  4. Experience in key account management and commercial expansion strategies.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
  6. Willingness to reside in the United Kingdom and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
