Location: Remote Working across Scotland Central Belt

Role Overview:

As an Area Sales Engineer you will identify, drive and deliver sales and profit growth through all channels (end users, resellers, contractors and OEMs), utilising specialists and sales support functions to best effect and implementing solution selling.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on

• Maximising sales and profit growth for Spirax Sarco UK & ROI Sales, through solution selling at every opportunity, collaborating with other colleagues and maximising customer 'contact' time.
• Achieving Customer Delight through provision of exemplary service, while ensuring all customer care issues are recorded on the appropriate CRM system.
• Proactively planning customer account activities and objectives, including strategy to move up the customer organisation and influence at senior levels where appropriate to realise additional business.
• Identifying and communicating areas of potential opportunity to the Marketing, Energy Solutions and Business Development teams.
• Taking responsibility for your own personal development plan, taking into consideration the commercial, technical and leadership requirements of the business.

Your previous experience is likely to include .

• Working within a technical or commercial role, in a customer facing environment.
• Utilising Solution selling techniques.
• Experience of Business Management.
• Working with or having an understanding of Steam solutions.
