You'll make a difference by:- Sales Leadership and Order Intake: Drive and track order intake, ensuring targets are met and set and lead sales strategies, maintaining alignment with company goals.
- Sales Strategy & Close Plan ownership: Be responsible for the development and execution of close plans for key deals, ensuring strategic alignment & successful closure.
- Team Management: Coach and support the sales team members in meeting objectives and growing professionally. Ensure the team meets minimum CRM standards and aims for expert-level CRM usage.
- Quality and Profitability Review: Review deals for quality and profitability in line with the Siemens process, ensuring compliance with potential future sign-off protocols.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with CSMs to improve account plans, fostering alignment with customer & business needs. Engage with Marketing, Business & Product Managers to refine offerings & relay market intelligence.
- Professional and Ethical Conduct: Uphold a culture of professionalism and ethics within the team and oversee team adherence to ethical guidelines and corporate standards.
- Commission Management: Track and sign off on team commission processes, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Customer Engagement and Market Insight: Maintain high-level client relationships and promote Siemens solutions. Stay informed on market trends, integrating insights into strategies.
- Sales Reporting and Accountability: Ensure accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of sales activities. Monitor performance and implement improvements as required.
- Continuous Improvement and Learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to meet evolving market demands.
- Leadership and Coaching: Skilled at leading and developing teams while engaging in sales activities.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Proficient in strategizing and analyzing market dynamics.
- Communication: Strong skills for engaging stakeholders and team members.
- CRM Proficiency: Committed to promoting and achieving high CRM usage standards.
