Asset Management Marketing Manager

This role supports the development and execution of marketing strategies for asset management products. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, planning events and webinars, and monitoring campaign performance to enhance engagement. The role works collaboratively with internal teams across RAM to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.

• Development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand growth and lead generation.
• Increased collaboration with sales teams resulting in enhanced alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
• Consistent growth in key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and brand awareness.
• Effective management of marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
• Enhanced brand messaging and consistency across all marketing channels.
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders, resulting in marketing strategies that support overall business goals.
• Increased visibility and engagement with target audiences through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• High performance and creativity within the marketing team, contributing to innovative marketing solutions.
• Data-driven optimization of campaigns, leading to continuous improvements in performance and ROI.

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Expertise in lead generation and nurturing through marketing efforts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating marketing teams.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making.
• Knowledge of branding and how to maintain consistency across various marketing materials.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other departments to align marketing with business objectives.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to adapting marketing strategies based on market trends.
• Marketing qualifications such as CIM or IDM.
• Degree in Marketing, business or related field.
• Asset Management marketing experience preferred.
