Assistant Procurement Manager

Job Description Summary

This position will be part of the C&W Shared Services team for procurement with a focus on strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, negotiations, and operations for procurement activities within scope.

About the Role:

  • Source new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Select suitable suppliers and seek approval from the APAC Regional Account Lead before awarding contracts.
  • Oversee contract development, review, and execution, including terms and conditions across Asia Pacific.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and manage regional procurement budgets.
  • Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions across Asia Pacific.

About You:

  • 5 to 10 years of regional exposure in Asia Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan & China).
  • Relevant procurement qualifications.
