Salary: £28,000 - £38,000

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work for a main contractor based out of Waterloo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within the civil engineering industry with a contractor who is continuing to expand within their core sectors: Civil Rail, Electrification, and Substations.

Candidate Profile:

1. Degree/HND/HNC Qualified in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management (or working towards)
2. Experience within Civil Engineering sectors is essential, preferably within a rail environment
3. Experience working on NEC forms of contract
4. CSCS card required
5. Eligible to live and work permanently in the UK

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support the commercial team with the running of various projects
2. Assist with sub-contract procurement
3. Manage existing sub-contractors
4. Attend CVR Meetings
5. Client liaison
6. Prepare Monthly Reports
7. Work closely with operational teams to secure the best commercial result
