Assistant Relationship Manager

Nexeo is currently looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) for a leading financial institution in Belgium.

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Client Support: Assist the Relationship Manager (RM) with commercial and administrative tasks such as account openings, card orders, contract preparation for digital channels, and handling client inquiries and complaints.
• Key Point of Contact: Act as the main intermediary for clients and internal teams when the RM is unavailable.
• Data Management: Keep client records up to date by gathering and verifying essential information.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure timely completion of tasks, maintaining high-quality standards, and respecting deadlines.

What are we expecting?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus, but recent graduates with the right education and motivation are welcome.
• Language Skills: Native-level Dutch is required; good knowledge of French and English is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF.
• Soft Skills: Service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Work Ethic: Proactive, reliable, and capable of handling pressure while maintaining excellent client communication.
