Purpose: The Associate Director Integrated Analytics, Bladder Oncology position is primarily responsible for leading the integration and execution of analytics projects to generate new business insights and uncover growth opportunities for the Bladder Portfolio within the Solid Tumor Oncology Business unit. This position, primarily supporting the launch of TAR-200, will serve as an internal consultant to marketing and sales, and broader business partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action.
This individual must have outstanding leadership skills, a consistent track record to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage sensible risk-taking. They will have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions that address the needs of patients. They will be personally accountable for making Johnson & Johnson Credo-based decisions and encouraging a Credo-based culture.
You will be responsible for:
- Identify, design and execute integrated analytics which inform marketing and sales strategy and tactics
- Leverage disparate data sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities.
- Determine optimal analytic approaches and statistical methods, identify appropriate supplier partners, foster strong partnerships in the context of resources, timing and overall project goals.
- Develop new insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making.
- Ensure seamless integration of analytics from national and subnational levels across key data sources to evaluate business performance and impact of marketing and sales tactics.
- Identify and develop key metrics to measure and monitor performance through automated dashboards.
- Ensure timely tracking of key performance drivers across key data sources - prescription/sales, patient, call activity and competitive landscape to evaluate risk & opportunities
- Serve as a champion for the implementation of cross-functional capabilities to drive impact for brand or franchise and drive organizational efficiencies.
- Serve as a leader in integrating data and analytics (national, subnational, payer) with cross functional findings and insights developed by peers across the organization
- Integrate payer data and insights into ongoing business analytics to drive a holistic view of the customer and market
- Exhibit strong partnership in the development of designs for and execution of Sales Optimization, Targeting and Call Plan, Field Reporting, and Incentive Compensation Strategy & Design.
- Champion the development and implementation of analytics approaches and methods that are innovative, drive efficiencies, and contribute to broader sharing of best practices.
- Drive a culture of simplicity within the analytics function to ensure business processes are streamlined and partners are provided on-demand insights that translate to action and ensure time is spent on the most critical/high value projects.
- Apply and help others on the team utilize basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree preferred
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of related professional experience is required
- Current or previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharmaceutical industry datasets, including payer, provider and patient level, is required.
- Demonstrated track record for solving complex and ambiguous problems using available analytical tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, etc.) and statistical techniques.
- Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions through effective storytelling and communication; serving as a strategic advisor to business partners and leaders.
- Proven success partnering across a commercial organization to integrate analytics and insights and then translate into actionable recommendations.
Preferred:
- Knowledge across a broad spectrum of research and analytic approaches and ability to identify appropriate approach(es) to address key business questions.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Strong learning agility and proven success solving ambiguous business issues.
- Oncology therapeutic area experience preferred but not required.
Other: This position is based in Horsham, PA and will require up to 10% domestic travel.
