Our client is a major PMO/ Project Management consultancy with huge ties into major clients within; Rail, Highways, Energy, Defence, Water & Infrastructure.

We're looking for an Associate Director to join our team-someone passionate about driving positive change within client PMOs through influence and delivery. This role spans multiple industry sectors and involves working on some of the UK's most high-profile and complex programmes. You'll thrive working in multi-disciplinary teams across diverse client environments, each with its own unique challenges.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute across various programmes, supported by an experienced global team, while shaping your own professional development journey.

What You Can Bring:

1. Programme Lifecycle Expertise: Strong experience across the full programme lifecycle, particularly in establishing and delivering within major transformational PMOs.
2. People Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary teams.
3. PMO Maturity Assessments: Skilled in conducting assurance and evaluating PMO maturity and capability.
4. PMO Setup: Capable of designing, developing, and implementing PMOs-covering people, processes, and systems.
5. Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on PMO transformations, including organisational design, project structuring, performance improvement, and more.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and lead workshops across in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats.
7. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in managing and interpreting large volumes of information.
8. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and adaptable, delivering high-quality solutions in complex and dynamic environments.
9. Change Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading or supporting change initiatives with measurable outcomes in uncertain settings.
10. Relationship Building: Skilled in cultivating strong relationships with both clients and team members.
11. Technical Authority: Recognised expert in managing successful PMOs for complex infrastructure programmes.
12. Professional Credentials: Holds relevant certifications such as APM PMQ/PPQ/ChPP, MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, P3O, PROSCI, Lean, Six Sigma.
