Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Building
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of project management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Inspire and support team members to achieve high-performance standards across all projects.
Project Delivery
- Oversee the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
- Resolve critical challenges with decisive leadership and expertise.
Strategic Growth
- Drive business expansion by identifying opportunities and nurturing key relationships in target sectors.
- Align projects with business goals, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Operational Management

- Champion continuous improvement, embedding best practices in project management.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulators, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

About You
We're looking for an experienced, results-driven leader passionate about delivering impactful infrastructure projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in project management, including leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in delivering complex infrastructure projects within utilities, rail, energy/renewables, or highways sectors.
- Knowledge of project frameworks and certifications (e.g., APM, RICS, NEC4) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations and health & safety best practices.
- Financially astute with strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
