Description

As our new Associate Producer, you would join our Arcadia/Everywhere Production Team to support the development of innovative user-generated content tools. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring producer to gain hands-on experience in game production and collaborate with a passionate development team.

You will assist in coordinating production tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. This role will provide valuable experience and growth opportunities within a dynamic and creative environment.


Key Responsibilities Production Support
  • Assist with triaging requests and bugs for your relevant Team.
  • Help maintain the backlog of tasks, supporting planning and scheduling for short-term and long-term goals.
  • Identify potential production challenges and communicate them to the team and management.
  • Support the creation of weekly/monthly reports to track progress and key milestones.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure bugs are documented, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
Team Coordination
  • Help organize and document team meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned actions.
  • Keep all documentation and schedules up to date, ensuring key stakeholders have access to relevant information.
  • Assist with communication across different departments to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements
  • Some game development experience, QA or coordination experience preferable.
  • Some experience or education in project coordination/management, preferably in games, software development, or technology.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Software (e.g., Excel, JIRA, Trello, MS Projects, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to track and analyze KPIs and assist with reporting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
