Associate Recruitment Consultant - Construction Division

£25,000 Base salary + Uncapped commission

The Role

Your role as an Associate Recruitment Consultant:

  • Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.

  • Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.

  • Advertising new roles through job boards and social media platforms while implementing new candidate attraction strategies.

  • Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.

  • Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.

  • Reaching out to candidates via direct applications, job boards, LinkedIn, etc., and screening them before preparing them to interview with our clients.

  • Managing the recruitment process, including negotiating salaries and ensuring successful placements of candidates.

  • Business Development; proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities and understand their requirements and culture, to match candidates.

  • A high degree of telephone-based activity to both clients and candidates.

  • Offer consistency and calmness under pressure.

You will ideally be:

  • Bright and confident personality

  • Financially driven

  • Eager to pursue a career in recruitment and sales

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • A strong passion for Customer Service

  • A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
