Key Responsibilities:
Leading audit assignments from planning to completion , ensuring compliance with relevant standards
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to firm growth

Skills & Experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge and experience in audit procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under pressure
