Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of external audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate multiple audit teams and oversee assignments from planning to completion within set budgets and timescales.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Present reports to senior management and boards.
• Coach and mentor audit teams to support their growth.
• Participate in business development activities and client proposals.
• Engage in team-wide training and activities to enhance your expertise.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: ACA, ICAS, or ACCA qualified.
• Experience: Strong technical auditing and accounting knowledge, with charity audit expertise being a plus.
• Skills: Excellent people management, organisational, and communication abilities.
• Interest: A genuine enthusiasm for the not-for-profit sector.
