Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing a portfolio of audit clients , ensuring compliance and exceptional service delivery
Leading audit assignments from planning to completion , meeting deadlines and budgets
Developing and mentoring team members, supporting their professional growth
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and solutions
Collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities

Skills & Experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Minimum of 4 years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
