Audit Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in York.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
Ensuring audits are conducted in compliance with regulations and internal procedures
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor
Supervising, mentoring, and training junior team members
Assisting in business development and identifying opportunities for growth

Skills & Experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing audit assignments
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
