This role is ideal for an experienced Audit Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager looking to take the next step. You will be responsible for leading a talented team, managing a diverse client portfolio, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied audit portfolio for a diverse client base
Leading and mentoring a team of audit staff, ensuring high-quality outputs and excellent client service
Reviewing audit files to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering tailored advice and support
Supporting the firm's partners in driving business development initiatives

Skills & Experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience
Minimum of five years' experience within a UK practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
Proven ability to manage and develop a team
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
