Audit Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our client, a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Maidstone.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Leading and reviewing audit assignments from planning through to completion
Supervising, mentoring, and training junior team members
Liaising with clients and key stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
Ensuring compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
Assisting in business development and identifying new opportunities

Skills & Experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing client relationships
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
