The Role:

As an Audit Senior Manager, you will lead and develop a talented audit team while managing an impressive portfolio of Northern Ireland-based clients across a range of industries. This role is locally focused, meaning no extensive travel, allowing you to build strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and delivering high-quality audits for an impressive client base.
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
3. Mentoring and developing junior team members.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
5. Supporting strategic business initiatives within the firm.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will be:

1. A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with extensive audit experience.
2. Currently operating at Senior Manager level, or an ambitious Manager ready for the next step.
3. Highly skilled in stakeholder management and client engagement.
4. Solutions-focused with a strategic mindset.
