Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Executive Assistant to support our team in areas including sales, marketing, recruitment, and administration. With excellent organizational skills, this individual will be a key pillar in managing daily and strategic tasks within the company. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Italian is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing and Business Development Support:


• Identify potential client and candidate leads through research and marketing tools.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to generate opportunities.

• Coordinate and organize sales meetings, including scheduling, preparing necessary materials, and follow-ups.


2. Recruitment Support:

• Coordinate recruitment interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare candidate files and required documents for the selection process.

• Update internal ATS system



3. CRM Management (Sales and HR):

• Update and maintain CRM databases to ensure accuracy.

• Manage and analyze client and candidate information to support decision-making.


4. Administrative Support:

• Manage the executive's calendar and organize travel, meetings, and events.

• Handle expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Provide logistical support for day-to-day activities.

Candidate Profile:


Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, ideally with exposure to marketing and/or recruitment.

Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Italian is an appreciated plus.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in CRM tools and office software (MS Office, marketing, and CRM tools).

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to work autonomously.
