Role Overview:

As an AWS Alliance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with AWS and its partners, developing and implementing sales strategies that align with AWS offerings, and managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing and technical staff, to maximize impact and engage with customers to understand their needs, providing solutions using AWS services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Building partnership relationships
  2. Supporting sales and account managers in building pipeline
  3. Creating and articulating compelling value propositions
  4. Developing content, collateral, campaigns, and outreach
  5. Using social media and tools for research and outbound sales activities
  6. Using internal and partner systems for sales operations

About the candidate:

  1. Experience in selling AWS professional services such as platform/software engineering and IoT
  2. AWS Cloud Practitioner and/or other AWS certifications
  3. Experience in building relationships with external companies
  4. Able to collaborate with internal teams such as Account Managers and Marketing
  5. Experience working with CRM systems and within sales processes
  6. Target-oriented and the ability to act independently
  7. Capable of handling ambiguity and creating next steps and actions from any scenario
