Azure Cloud Platform Engineer - £55,000 - Hybrid
We are looking for an Azure Cloud Platform Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Azure and a strong focus on cloud security. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and securing Azure infrastructure, optimising performance, and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Automate deployments using Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or Azure DevOps.
• Implement cloud security best practices (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Monitor threats using Azure Security Centre, Sentinel, and Defender.
• Manage IAM, RBAC, Azure Key Vault, and compliance controls.
• Optimise cost, performance, and scalability of Azure services.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate security into the SDLC.

What You Need:

• Experience in Azure cloud infrastructure & security.
• Hands-on experience with Azure networking, security, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Certifications preferred: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, CCSP.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
