Azure Cloud Product Owner

We are looking for an Azure Cloud Product Owner to lead our client's cloud and containerization platform. This is a hybrid role requiring both technical expertise and product ownership skills, ensuring the smooth operation of Azure Cloud, Kubernetes (AKS & on-prem), and Istio Service Mesh.

Key Responsabilities include:

• Lead & manage Azure Cloud infrastructure and containerized platforms (AKS & on-prem Kubernetes)
• Oversee the deployment & automation of cloud resources using Azure DevOps Pipelines, ARM (Bicep/JSON), ArgoCD, PowerShell & Bash
• Ensure Day 1 & Day 2 operations of Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, monitoring & troubleshooting
• Automate Istio Service Mesh installation & upgrades, including Grafana, Jaeger, Kiali for observability
• Troubleshoot networking & configuration (Kubernetes networking, Istio, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers - ALB, App Gateway, Front Door, ExpressRoute, Private Endpoints, NSGs)
• Set up Monitoring & Alerting for infrastructure components with Azure Monitor
• Lead a platform team, manage the product backlog & collaborate with DevOps teams to align cloud solutions with business needs

Skills and Experience:

• Experienced Cloud Product Owner with hands-on expertise in Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and Infrastructure as Code
• Solid experience in Azure DevOps Pipelines, ARM Templates (Bicep/JSON), ArgoCD, PowerShell & Bash scripting
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes networking, Istio Service Mesh, monitoring tools (Grafana, Jaeger, Kiali), and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills to debug complex cloud & networking issues
• Leadership experience in platform teams, backlog management & DevOps collaboration
• Fluent in English AND French or Dutch
