The Role
This role supports the execution of B2B events and webinars ensuring smooth execution. The role collaborates with marketing teams to plan, organise and execute high quality events, either run internally by Rathbones or in conjunction with third parties. This role oversees logistics and works with wider team to ensure integration with wider marketing activity. The role supports the Campaign Execution Support Manager with lead journeys and comms.
Outcomes of the Role
- Provide logistical and administrative support for B2B events and webinars, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan, organize, and execute high-quality events that generate leads and engage target audiences.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, scheduling, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and ensure their distribution through appropriate channels.
- Track and analyse event performance, including attendee engagement, lead generation, and feedback collection.
- Ensure brand consistency and professionalism in all event-related materials and communications.
- Liaise with external partners, speakers, and vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are in place.
- Support the execution of digital events, including webinars and virtual conferences, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
- Provide post-event reporting and analysis, offering insights to improve future events
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in event planning and execution, particularly in the B2B sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using event management software and digital event platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal teams, vendors, and event attendees.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, professional events.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and how events contribute to broader marketing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes or challenges in event logistics.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances during event planning and execution.
- Experience with digital marketing and promotional activities related to event marketing.
- Knowledge of post-event reporting and data analysis to inform future event improvements.
- Marketing qualifications such as CIM or IDM
- Degree in Marketing, business or related field
