Who You Are:

We're looking for a data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented LinkedIn Growth Marketer to take our organic LinkedIn outreach strategy to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be:

  1. A LinkedIn expert-you know how to generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn.
  2. A master of outreach-you write compelling, conversion-focused messages that spark interest.
  3. A content creation powerhouse - you create compelling and engaging organic content for LinkedIn, as well as to support our Sales Team, that truly speaks to our target audiences.
  4. Highly collaborative-you work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
  5. Data-savvy-you analyze engagement trends and optimize for better conversion.
  6. A strategic thinker-you understand the bigger picture of demand generation and sales pipelines.
  7. Bonus points if you have experience in HR, L&D, EdTech, or startups!
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Write and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage B2B prospects.
  2. Respond to all LinkedIn communication, ensuring all leads are engaged effectively.
  3. Collaborate closely with the sales team, who will engage leads directly.
  4. Manage prospect data in HubSpot, keeping records up to date and ensuring smooth handovers.
  5. Track and report on LinkedIn campaign performance, iterating based on data insights.
