What You'll Be DoingAre you ready to drive growth and engagement at the heart of the Web3 revolution? As our Organic Growth Lead, you'll be the architect of strategies that bring Ramp Network to new heights. Your work will focus on turning our B2C website into a powerhouse for discovery and engagement, leveraging SEO, CRO, email marketing and push notifications to connect with users in meaningful and measurable ways.
You'll take full ownership of our organic growth efforts, crafting strategies that increase traffic and drive results. From optimising content to testing new approaches, your innovative thinking will fuel our mission to make crypto accessible to everyone. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and design teams, you'll ensure every initiative is built on a foundation of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decisions.
You'll join a team where ambition, urgency, and belief fuel everything we do. Reporting directly to Ziad, our Chief Product Officer-a champion for this role-you'll have the support and vision to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Working On- Drive Organic Growth: Develop and implement SEO and CRO strategies to boost visibility, traffic, and user engagement.
- Lead Website Optimization: Manage website content and performance with a focus on enhancing user experience and conversions.
- Execute Notification Campaigns: Create and optimize email and push notifications that drive results.
- Analyze and Report: Use tools like SQL and Omni to measure performance and guide improvements.
- Test and Learn: Design A/B tests to optimize strategies and ensure impact.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with brand, engineering, and UX teams to drive impactful growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in SEO, CRO, and email marketing.
- Strong data skills and familiarity with tools like SQL, Omni, and Looker.
- Strong project management and adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant Web3 and crypto experience and understanding highly valued.
- Evidence of success through a proven ability to drive awareness, market share and marketing qualified leads.
- A good understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies and what motivates Web3 communities.
