Banking and finance solicitor £30,000 - £45,000

We are working with an established commercial law firm in Belfast with an enviable reputation for employee satisfaction and progression, to recruit a Senior Banking and Finance Solicitor into their successful team. They are seeking ambitious and highly motivated banking and finance solicitors from 2-6 years PQE who have an interest in career progression, big ticket work and great work-life balance.

Your new role

You will be joining one of Northern Ireland's leading law firms and will work on a day-to-day basis as part of an enthusiastic and collaborative team. You will work with some leading partners in the sector on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, property finance, debt securities, and corporate transactions. You will gain exposure to some high-end local and international clients also.

What will you offer?

Ideally, you will be a dual qualified solicitor, NI or E&W with other jurisdictions considered. Candidates qualified in ROI and with ROI experience in banking and finance will be highly desirable.

You should be able to demonstrate genuine transactional/technical experience in banking and finance matters together with high academic achievements, entrepreneurial vision, commercial aptitude, marketing and practice development skills, strong team ethic, and a desire to learn.
