About the Job:

We are looking for a Battery Remanufacturing and Recycling Specialist to support the 3R strategy (Remanufacture, Repurpose, Recycle) for BEV, PHEV, HEV, and FCEV batteries. You will play a key role in benchmarking recycling players, analysing battery lifecycle challenges, and identifying key stakeholders in the circular value chain.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Benchmarking battery recycling companies and evaluating their capabilities.
• Identifying key players in the battery-to-battery closed-loop value chain.
• Researching trends and technologies in battery recycling and remanufacturing.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborating with engineering teams on battery diagnostics and remanufacturing.
• Conducting market analysis on black mass supply and demand trends.

Your Profile:

Education and Technical Skills:

• Degree in Electrical, Electrochemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in high-voltage battery recycling, remanufacturing, or circular economy.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, technologies, and stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
