Bid Coordinator

Due to team growth, we are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join the team at our thriving London studio. Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Bids, this new role will be pivotal in streamlining PRP's ability to win new work in our architecture, urban design, master planning, development consultancy, landscape architecture and community engagement service areas.

Principal ResponsibilitiesFor the Bid Coordinator, responsibilities will include:
- Supporting bid submissions for all bid stages.
- Writing content and coordinating submission inputs.
- Maintaining the bid information library in collaboration with the practice-wide Bid Team.
- Helping with responses to capability statements, supplier questionnaires, and applications for accreditations.
- Proactively working with a multidisciplinary team, including graphic designers, visualisers, illustrators, filmmakers, and marketing team, to create winning tenders.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and creative, you will demonstrate a keen eye for detail and possess excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with clients and colleagues across the business.
Along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, you will ideally have a strong interest in architecture and the built environment sector, as well as prior experience in bid coordination/management.
