In this fast-paced, strategic role, you'll work closely with sales and operation teams to craft compelling proposals that win high-value contracts in the manned guarding and security sector.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage and deliver compliant, high-quality bids and tenders (PQQs, RFPs, RFIs)
2. Collaborate across departments to gather input, shape responses and meet deadlines
3. Lead bid strategy, storytelling, and presentation to showcase value
4. Maintain and improve a bid content library and templates
5. Track success metrics and continuously improve win rates
