IN A NUTSHELL
We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Brand and Partnerships Manager to lead our brand marketing efforts and manage key partnerships in this exciting growth phase.
As the Brand and Partnerships Manager at Bulk, you will be responsible for driving the brand's marketing strategy and execution across the UK and Europe. You'll work closely with your team (3 direct reports) and surrounding departments to ensure our products reach the right audiences through various channels, including social media, website, and partnerships. You will also be tasked with gathering market insights and performing data analysis to optimize product offerings across different regions.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Brand Strategy & Marketing:
- Lead and execute brand marketing campaigns across the UK and Europe.
- Oversee brand campaigns to drive product revenue for digital channels (social media, website, email, etc.), ensuring consistency with brand voice and positioning.
- Collaborate with the product team to tailor marketing efforts for different products based on market needs and consumer preferences.
- Partnership Development & Management:
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with influencers, gyms, fitness professionals, and other relevant brands across the UK and Europe.
- Manage existing partnerships to drive collaborative marketing efforts and maximize brand exposure.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a small team of three direct reports, ensuring their personal and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure team performance aligns with company objectives.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand regional differences in product demand and consumer behavior.
- Analyse performance metrics across campaigns to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights to shape future brand and product strategies in different markets.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You'll have around 4-5 years experience in brand management, digital marketing, or partnerships in a fast-paced environment (preferably within the sports nutrition, fitness, or FMCG sectors).
- Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and driving brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
- Fluency in English is required; French, Italian, or German would be an asset.

LOCATION: HQ, London Liverpool Street
HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
