Job Description
Position: Brand Manager

Location: London (hybrid 3 days a week in the office)

Package: £40,000 - £45,000

We're working on behalf of a well-known challenger brand within food and drink who are looking for a Brand Manager to take the lead on some of their fastest-growing brands. In this role, you'll manage product development, innovation, and marketing plans, from idea to launch, driving awareness and trial. You'll also support the Head of Marketing on key brand activations. The team is small and dynamic, offering hands-on experience in project management, product development, marketing, brand partnerships, and agency management. This is a key, autonomous role where your work will directly contribute to our brand and business growth.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
  1. Developing and owning brand plans, aligning them with the overall strategy of the business.
  2. Collaborating with social media and PR to implement campaigns and secure PR coverage.
  3. Working with global teams and agencies to drive success in international markets.
  4. Leading brand sampling events across all brands and countries.
  5. Partnering with in-house designers on brand, marketing, packaging, and presentation materials.
  6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing directors to create compelling customer sell-in rationales.
  7. Driving innovation with product development teams to create standout products.
  8. Building strong commercial relationships and influencing key stakeholders through effective communication and project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
  1. Experience in brand/product management.
  2. Ability to manage the full product cycle, working efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  3. Experience managing agencies or freelancers.
  4. Proven success in creative, customer-focused product launches (B2C/B2B).
  5. Ability to innovate, using insights to develop clear brand plans.
  6. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the drive to complete projects.
