You will be responsible for all aspects of farm management, including production targets, welfare, and compliance with company and industry regulations.

The Candidate:

1. Previous experience in the agricultural sector, particularly poultry farming
2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills

4. Experience in budget management
5. A full UK driving license
6. Willingness to undertake relevant training, including NVQ Level 3
