A local authority in London is looking for a Building Control Consultant to join their team on a 6 month rolling contract.

About the role:

• Conduct site inspections & plan checks.
• Hybrid working with home working available.
• Previous local authority experience essential.
• Paying between £50/h-£55/h depending on experience.
• Inside IR35.

About the Candidate:

• Member of a relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB, CABE or hold a HNC, HND, or degree.
• Excellent working knowledge of legislation, regulations, and professional codes of practice relevant to the service area, including associated Building Control functions offered by a Local Authority.
